⚠️ Safety Warning

Before working on any electrical equipment, ensure it is fully isolated and cannot be accidentally switched back on. If you are not confident carrying out these checks, please contact a qualified electrician.

If Your Machine Does Not Switch On

  1. Unplug your hedge trimmer from the mains socket.
  2. Plug it into a different mains socket.
    • If the machine works, the original socket may be faulty. Please contact an electrician to inspect it.
    • If it still does not work, continue to the next step.

Checking the Fuse

We recommend following a guide such as WikiHow’s article on how to check and replace a fuse:
“How to Change a Fuse”

Quick Summary

  • Try a different mains socket.
  • Check and replace the fuse if necessary.
  • Inspect the power cable for damage. If damaged, do not use the machine and contact a qualified electrician.

If the Issue Persists

If all electrical checks are correct and the machine still does not work, the issue may be internal (such as a wiring or motor fault). In this case, please contact our technical support team if your product is still under warranty.
